We are nearing completion of a project called RiverGrand. It is a condo complex located on Erlton Rd and we were brought in to update the lobby spaces. Now, budget was tight and we didn't have much to work with as far as updating the floor, etc so we chose to focus our attention on wallpaper, lighting, and furniture.
The wallpaper we used is from Osborne & Little called Radnor. We loved it because it has a traditional feel which is in keeping with the buildings exterior. We also introduced sconces with black shades (dramatic) along with chandeliers in brushed brass! Stay tuned for final pics, I just had to share this wallpaper with you.
